3 Ingredient Peanut Noodles

The sauce for these noodles only need 3 ingredients and this whole dish can be done in under 15 minutes!

Servings: 3

Ingredients:

  • β…“ cup chili crisp (I like Lao Gan Ma Spicy Chili Crisp)

  • ΒΌ cup PB Fit powder

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce

  • 3 tbsp noodle water

  • 16 oz uncooked lo mein noodles

Directions:

  1. Bring salted water to a boil and cook noodles according to the package (the ones I use cook in 6 min)

  2. Combine chili crisp, PB fit and soy sauce and mix well

  3. Once noodles are cooked, reserve some noodle water then strain and rinse under cold water

  4. Add back to the pan and add sauce and reserved noodle water 

  5. Mix well and enjoy!
