Curry Dumpling Bake
This one pan curry dumpling bake is a great dump and bake meal, perfect for busy weeknights!
Servings: 2-3
Ingredients:
3-4 tbsp curry paste
1 tsp minced ginger or ginger powder
1 tsp minced garlic
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
13.5 oz can coconut milk
spinach (fresh or frozen)
12 dumplings
optional: chili crisp
Directions:
Mix all ingredients (except dumplings) in an oven safe pan
Add in dumplings
Bake at 375 degrees Farenheit for 25 minutes (or until dumplings are cooked)
Drizzle with chili crisp and enjoy!
