Spicy Salsa
This restaurant style salsa is easy and delicious!
Servings: 5 cups
Ingredients:
- 1 onion, roughly chopped 
- 2 tomatoes, roughly chopped 
- ½ cup cilantro 
- ½ cup pickled jalapenos 
- 1 cup pickled jalapeno juice 
- 1 15 oz. can diced tomato with juice 
- 1 tbsp minced garlic (or 6 cloves, minced) 
- 1 tbsp oregano 
- 1½ tsp chili powder 
- ¾ tsp salt 
Directions:
- Add all the ingredients into a high power blender (like a Vitamix) and blend until you reach desired thickness 
- For chunky salsa, blend less 
- For smoother salsa, blend more 
- Store in an air tight glass jar in the fridge for up to 2 weeks 
- Enjoy with chips, nachos, quesadillas, burritos and more! 
Notes:
If you don’t have a high power blender, place all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl and use an immersion blender/hand blender until you get desired consistency.
