Paneer Naan Pizza
Naan pizza topped with spicy paneer and veggies—an Indian twist on a classic veggie pizza!
Servings: 8
Ingredients:
Paneer mixture:
- 1 red bell pepper, finely diced 
- 1 yellow bell pepper, finely diced 
- 1 jalapeno, finely diced 
- ½ yellow onion, finely diced 
- 12 oz block of paneer, finely diced 
- 2 tbsp oil 
- 1 tbsp chili powder 
- 1 tbsp coriander powder 
- 1 tbsp garam masala 
- 2 tbsp garlic powder 
- ½ tsp salt 
- 1 tsp ginger powder 
Naan (store bought or use my homemade recipe)
Pizza Sauce (store bought or use my Hot Honey Arabiata)
Shredded cheese
Optional: Spicy Ranch
Directions:
- Once the veggies and paneer are finely diced, add oil and spices and mix well 
- Toast the naan on a flat pan for 2-3 minutes on each side 
- Assemble the pizza by spreading sauce onto the naan 
- Add paneer mixture and spread evenly 
- Top with shredded cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes 
- Broil on high for 2 minutes 
- Add a drizzle of spicy ranch and enjoy
