4 Ingredient Naan
This naan only needs 4 ingredients to make and is so simple, you won’t need to buy it from the store again!
Servings: 8 naans
Ingredients:
- 3 cups all purpose flour 
- 2 cups Greek yogurt 
- 3 tsp baking powder 
- ½ tsp salt 
Directions:
- In a large bowl mix flour, Greek yogurt, baking powder and salt until it forms a uniform dough 
- Sprinkle a clean surface with flour and remove the dough 
- Knead the dough until it forms a smooth mixture 
- Separate into 8 even pieces 
- Roll out each piece of dough into a round shape 
- Heat a flat pan on low/medium heat and cook the pita for 2-3 minutes on each side 
- Once removed from the heat add a little ghee or butter to keep it moist 
- Serve hot and enjoy!
