Banana Bread
This is the easiest, most delicious banana bread you’ll ever try!
Servings: 18 pieces
Ingredients:
- 3 ripe mashed bananas 
- 1 cup sugar 
- ½ cup oil 
- 1 egg 
- ¼ cup milk (I use oat milk) 
- 1½ cup all purpose flour 
- 1 tsp baking soda 
- ½ cup chopped walnuts (optional) 
- ½ cup chocolate chips (optional) 
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit 
- Put all the ingredients into a mixing bowl 
- Using a stand mixer or hand mixer, mix everything together for a few minutes until well incorporated 
- Add in optional walnuts and/or chocolate chips and mix together 
- Spray a baking dish with cooking spray 
- Pour batter into the baking dish 
- Bake for 35 minutes 
- Let cool and slice into square pieces
